A community dedicated to Bitcoin, the currency of the Internet. Bitcoin is a distributed, worldwide, decentralized digital money. Bitcoins are issued and managed without any central authority whatsoever: there is no government, company, or bank in charge of Bitcoin. Looking for Bitcoin Payment Service for my online Business

As the title says, I would like my business to be crypto friendly.
I need a payment gateway that handles both payments by my customers, but I also need to be able to make payouts to them. Unfortunately, I can not actually handle the Bitcoin myself, I need to be able to pay in fiat and be paid in fiat. This is both for tax reasons and simply because I don't want to have to balance bitcoin and fiat wallets (well, fiat bank accounts I guess).
Bitpay is unfortunately not an option.
Ideally, I would also be able to accept some altcoins.
Hope someone can help :)

[Question] Are there any cash to bitcoin payment services for business?

There many bitcoin-to-cash services for shops to allow consumers who have bitcoin to buy goods from shops that want to accept, but not necessarily touch bitcoin. Are the any services that do the same for cash to bitcoin? This would be useful for a business that operates in multiple jurisdictions and only wants to handle a single currency.

I just found 17.9 Satoshis (approximately $200USD) on an old bitcoin payment service site I used years ago. What the hell do I do with it? I now also understand the "addictive" aspect of cryptos.

So I had some bitcoin sitting in my Circle account. I used it exactly once to send the equivalent of $10USD to a usenet porn indexer. The smallest domination I could purchase was $20 worth, so I just had it sitting there.
With bitcoin being in the news and all, and me recently discovering this subreddit and its endless hilarity, I set myself up a wallet and now I've got myself 17.9 Satoshis.
So like what do I do with it? 200 bucks is a pretty large sum of money to me. I wanted buy some computer parts, but nowhere in Canada accepts bitcoin as a means of payment (no surprise there). Newegg.com does, but you have to use a third party (Bitpay whatever the hell that is) for the transaction. I'm not too put out because the $10 I put in is now "worth" more (if you can apply worth to bitcoin). You can't even buy porn with it! I did see one site that sells cigarettes for BTC, but they don't have the ones I want (Gauloises brunes unfiltered).
I now understand why people are so gung-ho on trading cryptos. The fact that my $10 dollars worth of bitcoin is now valued much higher than that is kind of elating. At the same time my rational mind, which has been following this sub, is telling me this isn't "real" money and that the market could collapse at any time. It's such a trivial amount, but to me it seems like a lot given that I live on disability.
Update: I sold it to another redditor. Hopefully it will serve him well.

Are there any BitCoin Payment services based on Payment-Channels?

I have read about Lightning peer-to-peer payment network but to me it feels like a quasi p2p payment solution and this network may not be as homogeneous as projected. In the sense that there will always be big nodes acting as hubs for routing payments because this pattern is more efficient than hub less pattern on LN.
If we are ready to accept some level of quasi centralization for micro-payments why not just build some micro-payment services using Payment Channels now that CHECKSEQUENCEVERIFY is mainstream.
There can be a payment gateway that requires no trust at all and uses bi-direcctional payment-channens to transfer small payments between its clients and other similar gateways.
Why is this not a good enough solution?
